SHIPPING POLICY

The purpose of this document is to outline the Shipping Policy of 4THEOUTDOORS for its customers interacting with its eCommerce websites at 4THEOUTDOORS.com, 4THEOUTDOORS.ca, 4THEOUTDOORS.mx, and sup.mx.

At 4THEOUTDOORS, we know that getting products to our customers safely and economically is top priority.  We have taken great care in developing protective packaging and have worked diligently with freight companies to familiarize them with our products. 

Timeframe

Our products ship within 1-2 days of receiving your order.  Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

Shipping Charges 

Standard shipping Charges will be calculated on request. Some addresses may require additional shipping charges for large items that must ship via LTL freight carrier ( e.g. remote areas or dense city cores).  For additional shipping charges we request your authorization by phone or by email and these charges must be paid for by you before the product is shipped.

Shipping of all Non-Inflatable Boards

Due to the size of rigid paddleboards they must ship via LTL freight carrier and require an appointment arranged by the carrier and an Adult signature is required for all deliveries.

LTL Freight service companies do not guarantee delivery time frames to residential addresses, should you require guaranteed delivery these are available in most areas to commercial addresses and terminal pick up only. Please contact us for options and respective costs. Carriers do their best to deliver on the date estimated on your waybill’s online tracking but timing can vary by 1-2 days depending on appointment schedules

Once you have placed your order containing a composite paddleboard an email with your invoice and receiving instructions will be sent to you.  Once you have reviewed these receiving instructions and agree to the requirements by return email, your payment will be processed and the paddleboard will be shipped via freight carrier.  Residential deliveries are done by appointment arranged by the freight carrier and will be in a morning or afternoon window. Most deliveries will be via transport truck and deliver is  "to the curb." The driver is not responsible for carrying the package into your home or office. Any additional services requested at time of delivery such as inside delivery will be billed to the receiver by the freight company.  Please arrange for help to move the board if needed, and please be sure someone is available to sign for the delivery during the scheduled time. SIGNATURE AND INSPECTION PER THE EMAIL SENT AFTER YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER ARE REQUIRED OR INSURANCE DOES NOT APPLY

Important - If the shipping company delivers a damaged box, please refuse to accept the box and notify us immediately. 

 

Disclaimer

Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with postal/zip code. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Inventory level may differ from country to country and some products may not be available in all countries.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue our Shipping Policy at any time.
